  • As President, Mr. Branning is responsible for business development specializing in:

    Strategy and knowledge of various healthcare stakeholders for developing innovative solutions for the navigating the complex U.S. market. Areas of focus include U.S. healthcare structure, marketplace trends, policy, and access and reimbursement.

    • Strategic planning for pre- and post-launch products in managed markets

    Mr. Branning is also an Associate Professor at Rutgers Graduate School of Business and Guest Lecturer at Blanche and Irwin Lerner Center for Pharmaceutical Management Studies. In addition, he works with Rutgers Executive Education to create programs and serve as an instructor for healthcare related topics. Annually, he does lectures on healthcare structure and reimbursement for graduating physicians at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Rutgers Medical School.

    He is a national speaker on U.S. healthcare trends, access and reimbursement, and policy.

    Additionally, Mr. Branning writes a healthcare blog for the Rutgers University Business School and is a writer and editor for the peer-reviewed journal, American Health and Drug Benefits. Along with MMR colleagues, he has written MMR’s Essentials of Managed Care, now in its ninth edition.

    Previously, Mr. Branning was Executive Director of Managed Markets Marketing for Pharmacia Corporation. Responsible for over 60 internal and field based personnel.

    With 30 plus years’ expertise in healthcare in various roles, Mr. Branning is recognized throughout the pharmaceutical industry for his innovative approaches to creating leading-edge solutions with a primary focus on customer impact and corporate profitability.

  • As Senior Vice President, Mr. Ross is responsible for business development specializing in:

    • Brand, above-brand and market access strategic planning
    • Market access business unit organizational design
    • Customized tactical support program and execution plans 

    Before joining MMR, Mr. Ross was principal of Ross & Associates, a health care marketing and sales consulting firm headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas. He is a 20 year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry at Pharmacia and its legacy companies with extensive experience in sales leadership and account management. Much of his work at Pharmacia was focused toward multi-stakeholder managed care initiatives. 

    In addition to internal acknowledgment and awards, many of Mr. Ross’ initiatives have been recognized by organizations/publications such as the Institute for Health and Productivity Management, Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and others.  He has also guest lectured at Rutgers University to Pharmaceutical MBA Program students. 

    Mr. Ross has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Buena Vista University, Storm Lake, Iowa.

    Before joining MMR, Mr. Braun was Vice President US Sales of Specialty Biologics and General Manager of Puerto Rico for Pfizer.  This unit was the commercial team for Pfizer’s Specialty Biologics brands in the US.  Before working with Pfizer, Mr. Braun worked for Pharmacia as Vice President of sales of the Ophthalmic and Endocrine Care businesses as well as US Director of Marketing for Ophthalmic Medical Devices. 

    With 30 years’ expertise in global and US marketing, sales, strategic planning, lifecycle management, managed markets, training, business development, and finance, Mr. Braun is recognized throughout the specialty pharma, medical device and biologics industries. He is known for his approaches to creating innovative leading-edge programs, customer marketing solutions with emphasis on customer impact and corporate profitability.   

    Mr. Braun is an active guest lecturer as well as an Assistant to the Professor for Rutgers University MBA program.  Also, he has lectured for CBI and PharmaForce, speaking on current commercial issues within the specialty pharma, medical device and biologics markets.  

    Mr. Braun received two Bachelor of Science degrees from Michigan State University. He is the only two time recipient of the prestigious W E Upjohn Award for innovation in the Global Pharmaceutical Industry from Pfizer and Pharmacia. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology.

  • As Vice President of Operations, Ms. Fink is responsible for overseeing all project management operations for MMR.  Building on a strong education and diverse experience, Ms. Fink has a powerful mix of analytical, strategic and tactical implementation skills.  Using strategic and conceptual thinking, combined with impactful execution utilizing the ability to act decisively and work with a sense of urgency, Ms. Fink enables MMR’s projects to be completed on time and on budget.  

    With over 20 years of project management experience in working with pharmaceutical clients, Ms Fink has managed a diverse set of projects including call center initiatives with DTC and DTP campaigns, development of education and training programs,, organizational design, market research, strategic and business plan development as well as interactive mediums such as website and podcast development.  Before joining MMR, Ms. Fink was Project Manager for Boron LePore and Associates (now part of Cardinal Health), a medical call center located in Norfolk, VA.  Ms. Fink started her professional career as a Regional Sales Manager for Mardek, a hotel management company where she was responsible for identifying new opportunities and reaching sales goals for three hotels. 

    Ms. Fink earned the Project Management Professional designation from the Project Management Institute in June of 2010.  Ms. Fink received her Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University.

  • As Project Manager, Ms. Deal serves as the primary point of contact for MMR’s customers from the first introduction throughout successful project completion. She manages, monitors, and evaluates project performance as it relates to timing, resources, expectations, and budget. Past projects have included:

    • Strategic planning, including long-range planning and 3-5 year market access strategic business plans
    • Professional development, in particular MMR’s trademark simulated business training (SBT) programs
    • Tactical execution, such as development of value propositions and account management playbooks

    Ms. Deal also works closely with MMR’s business development team to maintain and grow client relationships through networking efforts and consistent communication. She takes responsibility for ensuring that MMR’s project team meets or exceeds the client’s expectations, creating opportunities for repeat or expanded business.

    A graduate of Auburn University, Mrs. Deal graduated with a degree in Business Management which prepared her well for the fast-paced environment of market access marketing. After spending 2 summers interning at MMR during her college career, Ms. Deal decided to return to the east coast after graduation. She spent several years working for MMR in New Jersey before returning to Alabama and joining MMR’s “southern contingent.”

  • As Director, Professional Services, Ms. Greenhalgh is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with MMR’s extensive network of advisors. Her contacts include medical and pharmacy directors representing national and regional health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, integrated delivery networks, and specialty pharmacies. She serves as the primary point of contact for MMR’s esteemed advisors from initial outreach through the project conclusion. Her commitment to maintaining these relationships are the cornerstones of MMR’s reputation for excellence in market research.

    Ms. Greenhalgh also plans and executes seamless meetings and events. Her attention to detail ensures that any and all logistical concerns are handled for both MMR’s clients and the selected payer advisors, allowing them to focus entirely on the subject at hand. Past projects have included:

    • Establishing working groups dedicated to providing insight and advise to pharmaceutical brands for a year or more
    • Advisory boards and dinner programs aligned with industry conferences, including AMCP, AMGA, and PCMA
    • In-depth interviews to capture detailed individual feedback

    Ms. Greenhalgh is a graduate of Albright College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, which prepared her well for her recruiting and meeting planning responsibilities.
